We are happy to service and repair our products and are pleased to offer extensive after sales service. We know the products that we sell and can keep them running well. We usually have parts available in store, so you won’t be waiting six months for a replacement. (If you need parts we don’t have in-store, we can usually get them in 1–2 weeks.)
We provide repairs and servicing through our store – but if you need on-site assistance we are more than happy to oblige.
If you are in a remote or rural area, it is important that you get assistance choosing the most appropriate product. We can advise you what to get that requires very little mechanical skill to maintain – and we can send you the replacement products that you need.
