Our Pricing Policy
Our products are sourced from overseas and local suppliers and our prices are mostly governed by the exchange rate, suppliers prices and our local volume buying rates. The prices listed herein are in keeping with our regular price reviews, adjustments and GST.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Mastercard and Visa credit cards, electronic funds transfers into our bank account as well as business or personal cheques – although this may delay delivery until funds have been cleared.
Claims and Returns Policy
All claims relating to incorrect supply or transport damage are to be made by phone immediately upon receipt of the goods. We will endeavour to solve any claims issues as quickly as possible and in some cases, we may send a new replacement immediately where verification in the form of a digital image of the problem can be forwarded to us. The original packaging must be kept as we may require you to return the goods so please open cartons carefully and inspect goods closely before using.
Warranties
We are very careful only to carry quality products from companies that have genuine manufacturers warranties and can support the products with replacement parts within reasonable time frames. Some lower priced items such as daily living aids that we import do not have a manufacture warranty and in these cases where there is an obvious defect, we will replace the product.

GST
All prices include GST where applicable.
Freight Charges
Items can be sent by post or courier and larger items are charged by the cubic volume of the parcel. We will provide you with a quote prior to processing your order.
